With over 20 years’ experience in Global Financial Markets, Anita Karppi has created a buyside trading community from scratch, with a community of 900 traders across the world. She championed the issue of #buysidewomen when analysis of their buyside database showed only 10 per cent is women. She has interviewed five senior head traders on the buyside, steered a panel at the seventh annual Alpha Trader Forum (ATF) Global Summit and is organising a webinar on the topic. Prior to this, she worked at Reuters, Goldman Sachs and FlexTrade before setting up K&K Global Consulting (K&KGC) in 2008 and launching the ATF in 2009.
